What are your hours of operation?
Mondays to Saturdays 10:00 – 22:00 GMT for office hours but we are available on WhatsApp for a 24/7 hour support operation.
What kind of reports will I receive?
It depends on your service request. Reports are generated on a weekly or monthly basis. Contact us on WhatsApp at +233 56 088 0660 for further clarifications.
What if I want to cancel services?
You may do so within the first 14 days but not after all contracts has been finalized.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
